    General Questions

    What is a B2B application and who can use it?

    Our B2B application is designed exclusively for our dealers. Only our approved dealers can log in to the system. The application allows our dealers to view our products at special prices, place orders and perform various financial transactions.

    How can I become a dealer?

    Dealer applications are received via e-mail. To become a dealer, you can send your application request to [destek@simkon.com.tr]. After your application is evaluated and approved, your special login information will be sent to you by e-mail.

    How can I download the application?

    You can download our application from Apple App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store for Android devices. You can also access the application from [https://c2c.tecnonest.tr/tr/bayilikBasvurusu] via your web browser.

    Account and Login Procedures

    I forgot my password, what should I do?

    You can send a password reset link to your registered e-mail address using the ‘Forgot Password’ option in the application. If you do not have access to your e-mail address, you can contact your dealer representative.

    Can I add more than one user to my account?

    Yes, you can add more than one user to your dealer account. For this, you can create a new user request from the ‘User Management’ section. You can define different authorisation levels for each user.

    Order and Products

    How can I view the products?

    After logging in to the application, you can access our entire product list from the ‘Products’ or ‘Catalogue’ tab. You can filter products by categories, search and view their details.

    How can I create an order?

    After adding the products you want to buy to your basket, you can complete your order from the ‘My Basket’ page. For order confirmation, you need to select the payment method and check your delivery information.

    Can I cancel an order?

    Please contact your dealer representative for cancellation of orders.

    Delivery and Shipping

    When will my order be delivered?

    Our standard delivery time is 2-5 working days from the confirmation of your order. This may vary depending on stock availability, delivery address and delivery method chosen.

    Can I send my order to a different address?

    Yes, you can select one of your registered addresses as delivery address or add a new delivery address during the order creation phase.

    Can I collect my order from the branch?

    Yes, you can choose our nearest branch by selecting the ‘Delivery from Branch’ option at the order creation stage. You will be notified when your order is ready.

    Delivery and Shipping

    Which payment methods can I use?

    Credit card, money order/EFT, current account and instalment payment options are available in our application. The availability of payment methods may vary according to your dealer agreement.

    How can I make my debt payments?

    You can view your current debt status and make payments from the ‘Financial Transactions’ or ‘Current Account’ section. You can pay by credit card or access bank transfer information.

    Can I shop in instalments?

    Yes, you can shop in instalments according to the conditions specified in your dealer agreement. Suitable payment plans will be offered at the order creation stage.

    Where can I see my invoices?

    You can access, download or send all your invoices to your e-mail address from the ‘Current Account’ section.

    Technical Support

    I'm having problems using the application, what should I do?

    If you encounter a technical problem, please send the problem in detail to [destek@simkon.com.tr] with a screenshot. Our technical team will help you as soon as possible.

    Can I use the app without an internet connection?

    Our application cannot be used in offline mode. It requires an internet connection.

    Is there a difference between a mobile application and a web application?

    Mobile application and web application have basically the same features. However, the mobile application does not receive notifications.
